Cockington Court presents a vibrant and varied annual events programme. There’s something for everyone to enjoy; with arts and crafts festivals, outdoor theatre performances, classic car shows, summer fairs, fashion shows as well as Easter, Halloween and Christmas Celebrations.
We also offer an inspiring arts and crafts workshop programme for adults and families in our resource centre.
What's on in 2013
December 8th - Christmas Fayre
Christmas at Cockington Court 10am – 4pm
Santa’s Grotto, Synthetic Skating Rink, Craft and Food Stalls, Choirs, Festive Food & Drink, Lantern Parade followed by a festive service in Cockington Church, Mince Pies & Mulled Wine, Face Painting, Christmas Quiz.
FREE Family Arts & Crafts. We have been collecting jam jars for the children to decorate and use in our lantern parade. Drop-in, decorate a jar at anytime during the day. (Bring your own jar if you can. Tea lights supplied). Come back and join the parade - leaving the front of the Manor House at 4pm led by SANTA himself!!

Paintings and Prints, Sculpture, Vintage fashion and accessories, Ceramics, Glass Blowers, Blacksmith, Toy Maker, Devon Guild of Craftsmen, Chocolatier, Jewellers, Textiles, Leather, Furniture, Bags & Sewing kits, wrapping paper and handmade cards and more….
Santa will be in his grotto on Dec 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st & 22nd between the hours of 10am - 12noon, 12.30pm - 2.00pm & 2.30pm - 4.00pm. The grotto will stay open during the week so families can visit and post a letter to Santa!

Local Author, Margaret Sherlock, will be signing copies of her latest thriller 'Blind Truth' in the foyer of the Manor House between 11am & 3pm.
August 15th - Illyria Outdoor Theatre Performance of Shakespeare's 'As You Like It'
August 23rd - Illyria Outdoor Theatre Performance of 'Babe The Sheep Pig' by Dick King-Smith and adapted by David Wood

This year the theme is 'Draw Tomorrow'. What will Cockington Court look like in the future? What sculptures would you imagine and like to see here? Come along to the Manor House between 10am and 4pm and get drawing a piece of art fit for the future at Cockington Court - all the family are welcome and encouraged to get creative!
