Cockington Court Tea Rooms

Situated within the old library and drawing room of Cockington's historic and magnificent Grade II listed manor house, you'll find our traditional tea room. Open all year from 10am, we offer a warm welcome to customers and their dogs, whatever the weather. On a sunny day, you can opt to sit on the beautiful outdoor terrace and during the winter months guests can keep warm and cosy within the delightful indoor setting.

Everything on our mouthwatering menu is made on site, with ingredients from our very own walled art garden where possible. Try our choice of scones, which form part of a wonderful Cockington cream tea or a light lunch of freshly made sandwiches and soups. Dietary requirements are also catered for with specially baked gluten free cake.

Jams, marmalades, chutneys and pickles (all gluten free) are made here too and can be purchased along with our famous Cockington Honey made from our very own bees in the walled art garden.

So whether you are looking to indulge in a morning coffee, a light lunch or afternoon tea, it can all be enjoyed in this magnificent setting.
